Online Zen Training, Podcast and Instruction
Online Zen Training and Education
Simplicity Zen is dedicated to online Zen training and instruction. We offer online sitting, online retreats, online practice periods, podcast episodes and talks. This platform is named “Simplicity Zen” because we feel that our lives are naturally simple and peaceful when we are not mesmerized by a narrow and restricted perception of who and what we think we are. “Simplicity Zen” also references the idea that Zen practice is, at its core, very simple. Everything starts with the simple yet profound practice of making an effort to be present with our awareness. We offer training and education to help people experience life from a place of awe, equanimity, compassion and resilience.
